Our Words and thoughts hold very powerful positive or negative energy. Our own experiences, upbringing, outlook will depend on the person we are today, or can we change that.

When an imbalance between the conscious and subconscious mind happens we find making decisions difficult our lives lose a natural rhythm, coping with even the easiest tasks become over whelming. The body starts to store negative energy, on a physical level, the body may experience headaches, backache, tension, depression, panic attacks, eating disorders, skin ailments, negative behaviour patterns, in fact different people will experience various symptoms.

The great news is that it is possible to change any negative behaviour patterns into a positive and new life style. By releasing these old negative patterns, enabling us to start healing on an emotional level. Building a firmer emotional foundation. This helps us to look at life's colours, rather running in the black and white mode.

I hope to inspire others through learning the old techniques and healing tools, ideas and practices of holistic healing energies. To change life time habits and negative behaviour patterns, requires courage, honesty, patience, commitment, generosity, humour, creativity, flexibility, trust. To learn about adopting a new life style requires an open mind and heart. Courage, discipline, humility, patience, persistence, generosity and love towards oneself, flexibility, creativity and a sense of FUN
